Refund/Return Policy

If for any reason seek to return your purchase, you may return it for a refund with a 15% re-stocking fee, credit to your account, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Products may be returned only with prior permission from Canare. Customers must contact Canare’s Customer Service Department for complete Return Authorization instructions. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Authorization will NOT be given for the return of custom orders, pre-made cables, cut cable, open cartons, non-stock, or special order items. Non-RoHS compliant parts may not be eligible for return. Please contact Canare’s Customer Service Department for ad hoc returns on non-RoHS compliant products. Only items returned in their original packaging, and unused condition may be accepted. Return Authorizations are valid for 20 days only. No cash refunds will be made.
CANCELLATIONS
The customer’s purchase order, after acceptance by Canare, is not subject to cancellation except with Canare’s prior written consent. All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation charge.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at salesgroup@canare.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us as the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting Canare Corporation of America. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipments
All products are sold F.O.B. the designated shipping point. All orders shall ship UPS/FedEx or designated truck line. Orders shipped UPS or FedEx are prepaid and billed. All designated truck line shipments are freight collect. UPS and FedEx shipments may also be shipped freight collect with the prior approval from Canare. Customer must specify shipping instructions on their purchase order. Shipping Weights as listed in Canare’s price sheet are approximate.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We can accommodate Saturday delivery upon your request when necessary.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
Shipping cost for your order will be made available as well as estimates upon your request if the shipping cost is prepaid.
* Overnight/Priority delivery is available for by collect freight only.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Canare Corporation of America ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, but does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses and overseas except Canada.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery
Every effort shall be made to ship Customer’s order as specified on Customer’s P.O. Most “in stock” items ship within 48 hours of receipt of Customer’s order. Same day “RUSH” ship requests are subject to an additional $25.00 handling charge. Canare is not responsible for delays or delivery failure.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Canare Corporation of America is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Canare Corporation of America is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If damages occur and shipping was charged to Canare’s shipping account we will process the claim however all documentation required for the claim must be submitted to Canare in order to file the claim. Any claim for mis-shipment must be made within 15 days of the date of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. except Canada.
