LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Canare warrants that all products sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Canare will replace or repair, at its option, products which are proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to any products that have been subject to undue environmental stresses, accidents, misuse, improper storage, or incorrect installation, servicing, handling, or unauthorized repairs. The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or modified in any way. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Limitation of Liability
The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
To obtain warranty coverage, contact Canare via email at salesgroup@canare.com using “Warranty Claim” as your email subject line. Please provide proof of purchase along with photographic images of the product in which you are filing a claim. Once the warranty claim is deemed valid by Canare, please return the defective product to Canare along with the return merchandise authorization “RMA” number provided to you. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser's own risk and expense. All repaired products will be extended a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
